Kathryn Jo Lahm, 65, passed away in Lincoln, Nebraska, on July 17, 2018. Kathy was born at Cozad Community Hospital on August 13th, 1952 to Wayne and Doris (Buckley) Koch. She was the youngest of three sisters, and graduated from Cozad High School in 1970. She married Robert Karl Lahm on June 30th, 1970. They had 2 children, Victoria in 1976 and Nicholas in 1979. Kathy and Bob owned and ran the Dairy Queen in Holdrege for a number of years. She also worked at the Phelps County Attorney’s Office in Holdrege before joining Bob at Plains Technology. Kathy also worked at the Sun Theater for many years in the box office and the concession stand. She moved to Lincoln in 2007 to be closer to her children and grandchildren and enjoyed attending the grandkids’ sporting events, dance recitals and concerts. Survivors of the immediate family are daughter Victoria Bush-Lahm and son Nicholas (Mai) Lahm, all of Lincoln. Grandchildren are Samuel, age 16; Mina, age 10; and Rei, age 1. Also surviving are one sister Donna (Dale) Zigler of Phillips, Nebraska; brother-in-law David (Cheryl) Lahm of Cozad; sister-in-law Jean (Randy) Issler of Holdrege; brother-in-law George Cox of Grand Island; nieces and nephews Brenda, Kelly, Joel, Mona, Tony, Brett, Matthew and Nolan; and many great-nieces and nephews. Kathy was preceded in death by her husband Bob in 2002. Rhondi R. Lovelace, 54, of Lincoln passed away on July 13, 2018 from injuries sustained in a car accident. Survived by sons Robert Lovelace, Lucas Nalley and Dilun Nalley. Born to John and Blanche (Dyer) Livingston on January 7, 1940 in Lincoln, he was a member of the United States Navy, an instructor of tool/dye and a machinist at Southeast Community College – Lincoln Campus for 30 years. Enjoyed watching NASCAR and Husker football. Avid golfer.
Brian is survived by his wife of 55 years, Martha (May) Livingston; daughter and son-in-law, Judy Livingston and Todd Debuse of Lincoln; son and daughter-in-law, Curt and Tracy Livingston of Houston; son and daughter-in-law, Chris and Crystal Livingston of Lincoln; grandchildren, Olivia, Tanner, Dekota, Berkeley, Bella; brother and sister-in-law, Bruce and Diana Livingston of Colorado; sister, Joy Hardy of Colorado. Preceded in death by his parents.
