Marilyn Edith Preusker
Marilyn Edith (Overhue) Preusker peacefully passed away on February 7, 2019. Marilyn was born in Osmond, NE to Fred and Erna (Melcher) Overhue on June 20, 1937. She attended Osmond High School and graduated in 1956.
Marilyn met the love of her life Tim Preusker of Battle Creek, NE and they married in Norfolk, NE on July 26, 1959. They settled in Norfolk where they were blessed with two children Tracy and Todd.
The family moved to St. Joseph, MO in 1970 were she was a homemaker for her family. When Tim retired, he and Marilyn moved to Lincoln, NE. to be closer to their family.
Marilyn enjoyed square dancing as she and Tim were members of Cross Trailer Square Dance Club in Lincoln and the Pony Express Square Dance Club in St. Joseph. She also enjoyed playing cards, collecting, and spending time with her Grandchildren.
She is survived by Tim her husband of 59 years, son Todd Timothy (Diane) Preusker of Lincoln, NE. Sister Donna (Conley) Stutz of Peoria, IL., 8 Grandchildren, Kyle Gabriel, Rachel (Gabriel) Weigman, Tyler and Erin Preusker, Tim and Tom Hurst, Suzanne Burnett, Cindy Nemeiksis, and 15 Great Grandchildren. Brother and Sister in Laws Gerry (Karen) Preusker, Joan (Rich) Otjen, Elaine (Ike) Murphy, Donna (Pete) Smith, Phyliss (Mart) Preusker and numerous Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
She was proceeded in death by her parents, a daughter Tracy (Kevin) Gabriel of Lincoln and a sister Nylotas (Mike) Moats of Norfolk, NE. and Sister-in-Law Grace (Tighe) Osborne of Columbus, NE.
Services are pending. In lieu of flowers, donations to family for future designation.

Dorothy “Dot” Marie Pollard
Dot Pollard, 77, of Lincoln, passed away peacefully on January 27, 2019. She was a secretary at the University of Nebraska in Lincoln. She was loved by many and will be dearly missed.
Survivors include sons Bob (Carlene) and Rod Pollard.
A celebration of life was held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., on Sunday, February 10, 2019, at Tabitha, 4720 Randolph, in the One Life Quest Room.

Kathie A. Pape
Kathie A. Pape, 70, of Lincoln, passed away November 23, 2018. She was born September 22, 1948 to Billy and Donna Kehlbeck. Kathie graduated from Syracuse High School in 1966 and from UNL in 1970 with a B.S. in English. She taught 34 years for Lincoln Public Schools as an English teacher at Irving Middle School and Bryan Learning Center until retiring in 2005. Kathie enjoyed reading, playing cards, and serving others. She was a member of Southwood Lutheran Church, a member of P.E.O., a volunteer for the American Red Cross, and a teacher for Sunday and Vacation Bible School. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Kathie is survived by sons Brian (Lindsay) and Darin (Ashley); grandchildren Jordan, Natalie, and Cameron; brother Dalton (Jan) Kehlbeck; sister Janet (Tom) Chaussee; brother-in-laws Cliff (Charlotte) Pape and Marvin (Loretta) Pape; sister-in-law Myra Hale; and nieces, nephews, and many friends. She was preceded in death by husband Wayne; and parents Billy and Donna Kehlbeck. Memorial Service at 11 a.m. Thursday, November 29, at Southwood Lutheran Church, 4301 Wilderness Hills Blvd., Lincoln, NE. Luncheon following service. No visitation. Private family inurnment. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Foundation for Lincoln Public Schools or the Foundation for Lincoln City Libraries.
