Timothy James Cigelman
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Timothy Cigelman, a cherished son, brother, and uncle. Tim, aged 34, departed on October 29th, 2023, leaving behind a legacy of warmth and cherished memories. Born on January 7th, 1989, Tim is survived by his parents, Robert Cigelman and Teresa Medley, along with his brother, Micheal (Taylor) Cigelman, and their sons Kamden and Cale. In his formative years, Tim cultivated a passion for adventure, sharing countless moments riding dirt bikes and competing in motocross alongside his father and brother. The trio traversed the Midwest, crafting loads of memories. Tim’s passion for bowling manifested on the Lincoln Northstar team, and he proudly achieved a significant milestone by beating his elder brother during a memorable match in his sophomore year. A drummer for the Northstar band during high school, Tim also showcased his athletic abilities as a shot putter on the Track & Field team. Tim’s love for bowling endured into adulthood, with Wednesday and Thursday night leagues becoming a source of joy. His culinary skills were a testament to his passion for cooking, and he found fulfillment in serving others. Tim’s affinity for horses extended beyond personal enjoyment, as he was known for his contributions to horse shelters. Family held a special place in Tim’s heart, and he cherished his relationships with cousins, aunts, uncles, and grandparents. A celebration of Tim’s life will be held on November 18th at Isles Pub & Pizza Reception Hall from 3:00-6:00 pm, in an open house style. All who knew Tim are invited to attend and commemorate his remarkable life. May his memory endure in the hearts of those who were touched by his kindness, warmth, and zest for life.
