William “Willie” Mark Lawson SR
William Mark Lawson Sr., age 62, of Lincoln, Nebraska, passed away on July 9, 2026. He was born on February 27, 1964, in Lincoln, Nebraska, to Donald and Patty Jo Lawson.
He is survived by his wife Shelley Lawson, his children, Willie Lawson Jr., Ashley Kimmen, Jake Kimmen, Nick Lawson and his grandchildren Mya Lawson, Bryson Delancey, Collin Kimmen, William (Willie) Lawson, Jacie Kimmen, Brookley Cramm, and Harley Lawson, and was preceded in death by his father, Donald and many other family members and friends.
William “Willie” Lawson will be remembered for his deep love of motorcycles, dogs, and anything with a motor— from race cars to dirt bikes. His passion for the open road and the thrill of racing reflected the way he lived: full throttle, with a free spirit and a big heart. Above all else, Willie will be remembered for the unwavering love he had for his family and brothers. His memory will live on in every ride, every race, and in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know and love him.

PAT, SHELLY and the Rest of the family. MY DEEPEST Condolences for the passing of your Son, Husband. Willie and I did not know each other well but definately knew of each other. (His mother and I are cousins). I want his family to know that through each other we have kept in touch a long time, Willies life was taken from him much too soon. He will be missed and my. Sympathies to all of you.
We lost a friend of over 30+ years. Can’t believe he is gone. He was always willing to help us. He helped me with my taillight one day(cindy). He will never be forgotten. Take care.
