Thomas Jay Edic was born on April 26, 1965, in Omaha, NE to Shirley and Richard Edic. He passed away after a brief battle with cancer on May 1, 2026, surrounded by his loving children. He was raised on the family farm north of Central City, Nebraska with his sister Melody. Tom had fond memories of the farm and working it with his parents, and later sharing that experience with his kids. He lived and worked in Lincoln, NE as a computer programmer for many years, before he embraced his entrepreneurial spirit and started his own business. Tom loved being outside on sunny days and watching movies with his children.

He is survived by his son Quinton Edic, daughter Harley Edic, and his beloved canine companion Coco.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and his grandparents Walter and Bernice Edic and Lyle and Marguerite Himebaugh.
