I was so saddened to learn of Robbie’s passing. She was a wonderful friend to me in junior high and high school in Minden and all the fun activities we shared at our Methodist church in Minden. So many memories that make me smile! And Robbie had the BEST smile! Her entire face lit up whenever she smiled, which was often; her eyes even twinkled when she smiled and laughed. Robbie will be so very missed by everyone that she knew. Sadness, tears, and heartbreak are with us all during these days, but eventually those feelings and tears will one day turn into smiles as we cherish her memory. My most sincere sympathy to her family; know that my thoughts and prayers are with you. And may you feel God’s comfort and peace in your hearts.

Robbie was a warm and funny cousin, sister, mother, grandmother, aunt etc. Always loved stopping in Minden with Mom and talking around the kitchen table and later meeting in Kearney for lunch or dinner. Have missed seeing her the last few years. Much love to her family

It saddened me a great deal to hear of Robbie’s passing last January. I had known her since we were classmates in Mrs. Gleason’s 4th grade classroom. Robbie was one of the first classmates to befriend me, the shy, “new girl” in school. She continued to be a kind, gentle, reliable friend throughout our school years. I last saw Robbie at my mom’s funeral in 2005 and was greatly moved and touched by her presence. I now live in Minnesota, and regrettably, will be unable to attend Robbie’s service. But I pray that God’s Holy Spirit will bring comfort and peace to Robbie’s family and bless them with sweet memories!
