Philip Mark Epp, 74, of Lincoln, Nebraska, passed away on September 7th, 2026.
Phil was born on June 22, 1952, in Henderson, Nebraska to Harland and Lily Epp.
Phil with his wife, Roma and son David moved to Lincoln, NE in 1982 where he was a custom home builder and remodeler for many years. In 1994, Phil then started Epp Foundations where he was in business until he retired. The business took on many different projects and is known as Epp Foundation Repair today, where his legacy is left with his son and daughter-in-law David & Season and grandson, Hunter Epp.
Phil is survived by: his sister Joanne Dick, his son and daughter-in-law David & Season Epp, grandchildren; Abby Epp, Hunter & Alexa Epp and Beau Epp, nieces and nephews and friends.
Phil is preceded in death by his wife Roma, granddaughter Lily, his parents and two of his siblings.
