I believe this is the Joyce that owned a villa in Green Valley AZ. I too owned a unit in front of hers. I was a snowbird. My father owned it before me. Rudy was his name.. Anyway I enjoyed seeing Joyce when I spent some time there. We would go to eat and go shopping. Loved the Indian woman painted on the inside of her front door.
