Our sincere sympathy on the death of your Mom, Jan. We have known Jan and Jay for a long time. Darrell and Jay had breakfast together every Saturday before they went to work then continuing through retirement, and biscuits and gravy at Bickford Place. We visited with Jan occasionally, especially at Christmas time, then time slipped away. We always enjoyed hearing fondly about you children. Darrell and Clarice Bailey

It was certainly my pleasure and honor, to have known Janet. Throughout the years, it has been my delight to have had that privilege. We had many an energetic conversation about all sorts of things and over the years, she morphed into more than a patient, but a friend. She will be sorely missed. My deepest sympathy to all of you.

I was so sorry to see in the newspaper that Jan had died. Ironically I was just thinking about her this last week and wondered how she was doing. I met Jan when we were both swimming at the Y before the pandemic interrupted our routines. I always enjoyed talking with her and hearing about her children and trips to visit them. I’m so sorry for your loss. She was a spunky lady!
