Harm Eugene Harms, 88 of Lincoln NE passed away Sunday October 18th 2026.

Survivors
Wife Virginia Harms of 67 years. Son Mark Harms (wife Connie), Son Jim Harms (wife Chris), Grandsons, Nathan (wife Sarah) & Kristopher Harms. Great Grand Children, Amos, Grayson & Valeah Harms. Siblings, Karen Paige (husband Dave), Gary Harms (wife Jeanette), Chuck Harms (wife Les), Rosie Estle (husband Marvin). Preceded in death by his father Harm & mother Lucille & Brother Rich Harms.

Life and Work
Gene was born and raised in Adams NE. Moved to Lincoln and met the love of his life Virginia while working at a service station. Gene worked at a grain elevator for over 40 years, retired as head of the maintenance department.

Interests and Faith
Gene enjoyed traveling to 49 states, camping, fishing, yard work & gardening. He was a long-term member of Bethany Park Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses, serving as an Elder and Ministerial Servant.

He looked to Jesus’ promise: John 11:25 “I am the resurrection and the life, the one who exercises faith in me, even though he dies, will come to life.”

Upon Genes request, there will be no funeral services.
