Donna Love, age 91 years, passed away on March 23, 2026 with her loving and devoted family around her.

Donna was born in 1934 in Lincoln NE to Jessie and Harold Bills. She grew up with two sisters and one brother.

When Donna met Kenneth Love she knew he was the love of her life. They married in 1950 and welcomed one daughter and four sons into their loving home. Donna and Ken spent 73 years together before Ken passed away in 2023.

Donna strived to raise her children to be caring and decent people. Her children meant the world to her and she meant the world to them. She was a fantastic mother, wife, and cook who always put her family first and filled her home with music as she whistled and sang while she worked.

Donna enjoyed watching Husker Volleyball, The Hallmark Channel, Homestead Rescue and The Incredible Dr. Pol. She also loved to read and quilt.

Donna was a beautiful and caring person who touched the lives of many. She was always there for her grown children and grandchildren whenever they needed help or advice. Even while her own health was declining, she still worried about all her loved one’s health and safety.

Donna is preceded in death by her parents, her loving husband, her sister, her brother, her two brother-in-laws, her sister-in-law, two grandsons and a niece.

Donna is survived by one sister, her five children and their spouses; six grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and one great, great grandchild; plus numerous nieces and nephews.

A private family Celebration of Life will be held at a future date.
