Wesley Lee Faust

Wesley Lee Faust went home to be with the Lord Wednesday February 12, 2025. Born to Mollie and Henry Faust September 21, 1936 he was a master of all trades, working many jobs throughout his life including being a mechanic, a welder and working in quality control. Most proudly serving in the Air National Guard of Nebraska and The Reserve of The United States Air Force. He was an original member of the Rebels Car Club and one of the original founders of the Early Ford v8 club. He had many hobbies that included coin collecting, toy collecting, metal detecting wood working, rebuilding old engines and cars, metal forming and was a self taught machinist. Most of all however he found great joy in spending time with his children and grandchildren, heading over to Runza or Taco Johns for a bite and talking to His Dear Friend Mary, playing games and doing crossword puzzles.
He is preceded in death by his Mother and Father, Mollie and Henry Faust, Son David Faust and Sister in Law, Gail Faust. He is survived by his sons, Bruce and Brian Faust, Daughter-In-Law Pamela Faust, Sister Darlene Turner, Brother Gary Faust, grandchildren, Ashley, Jared and wife Kenzie, Dalton, David and Wife Shana, and Stephanie, great grandchildren, Callie, Colton, Lee, Kinzley, Braxton, Kaelyn and Silas and nieces and nephews.
He was an amazing man of faith and talent who was well loved and will be missed dearly. A Celebration of Life will be held at The Welfare Society: 1430 N 10th Street in Lincoln NE, Saturday March 1, 2025 from 3pm to 5pm.
