Tishinie McGhee “Tish”

Tishinie “Tish” McGhee, 58, of Lincoln, NE, passed away on November 11, 2025.
Born in Littleton, CO, Tish was known for her strength, her sharp wit, and her deep devotion to the people she loved – especially her son, Noah, who was the center of her world. She was a woman of steadfast faith in Jesus, an independent spirit, and a loyal friend who showed up with honesty, humor, and heart.
Tish found joy in the mountains, camping under wide skies, cheering loudly for her beloved Denver Broncos, or sitting with a good margarita in hand. She loved trips to The South (a Denver restaurant), rewatching episodes of Friends, and keeping everyone laughing with her perfectly timed sarcasm. In the kitchen, her chicken enchiladas became a family legend. In the stands, she was Noah’s biggest fan, supporting him in every athletic pursuit with pride and unwavering love.
She is survived by her son, Noah; her sister, Tammie and brother-in-law, Keith; nephew Cameron, his wife, Alaia, and their children, Zoe and Xander; nephew Corey and his wife, Taylor; and many extended family and friends who will miss her dearly.
She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Kathie Jo McGhee.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, November 22 at 11:00 a.m. at Englewood Church of Christ, 4690 S Logan St, Englewood, CO 80113. Light refreshments will follow.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Colorado Christian Services in Tish’s honor.
Tish’s legacy is one of love, laughter, faith, and fierce devotion – a life that touched many and will continue to be felt through the stories and memories she leaves behind.
