Condolences for Timothy Duane Francis
Go in peace, friend. You will be deeply missed.
We interacted with Tim first at potential home buyers and then as neighbors. One thing that I will always remember was the vision he had for restoration. The house we walked through was an absolute disaster, but he still had positive ideas at every turn. We are so grateful for his appreciation of people and his kind smile. His memory will live on in the wonderful neighborhood community that he helped create.
I didn’t know Tim, but I remembered his name. I read the wonderful article in the paper about how he helped to revitalize some older neighborhoods in Lincoln. That will be part of his legacy. Rest in peace,Tim!
Sincerest condolences to Tim’s family and all his friends…he was a good guy and will be missed..
Tim put us all to shame with his giving nature. I never once heard him be judgemental towards anyone. A great friend and big loss. The world is a better place for his presence here. My prayers to you all. Remember his wit, he was so blessed with it!
Tim was a pillar of the Lincoln community. He will be missed. My sincere sympathy to his family and friends.
I was very fortunate to meet my “cousin” Tim when I moved to Lincoln in 2012. We are distant cousins through my grandmother Maud Fitzgerald Corbett. TIm and I discussed genealogy of our family spending hours of fun sharing things we had heard of or knew about. This past summer my daughter and I had stopped in to check how things were and Tim again kept me captivated with all his knowledge. His absence in our world is a great sadness. My condolences to his family.
I live with my mom and dad in his block he was so sweet he even mentioned us in his will
