Condolences for Steve Davis
I worked with Steve for 20 years. He was one of the best machinists I have ever seen. His wealth of knowledge was amazing. He will be sorely missed. My condolences to Deb and the rest of the family.
I too met Steve working and he truly was an absolutely incredible machinist. I really wanted my son to be able to work with him and learn some of his knowledge. His expertise helped me (and the entire company we worked for) produce great quality products to customers with a very profitable ending for all of us to live nicely at home with our family’s. I thanked him every single time! I fortunately got to talk about other things in life with him and he always had sound advice and stories to share that just made me respect him even more. My first year working with him, he showed me another awesome talent he had and that was with music. Walking friends and family thru a open house I heard this distinctive instrument & I wondered who was playing that music. Low and behold I walk around the corner and here is Steve fully clothed in kilt and playing a bagpipe. What a wonderful sound it was and a memory I will always remember & share. Obviously lots more memories but that’s the one I enjoy sharing about him. I am very sorry I can’t be there for his service and I give my condolences to Deb and the whole Davis family and friends!
