Passed away on November 26, 2023.
Survived by C. Jerry White, Daughter Terri Rood, stepchildren Jake/Carletta White – Roger White, and many step grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by daughter Janet Rood, stepchildren Mike White and Cheryl Walker, parents George Dirks & Loisea (Schutte) Dirks.
She is retired from Permits and ISP office. Lucy loved her church, playing cards, bowling, traveling, and entertaining with family and neighbors.

I worked with Lucy at the Codes Administration office, now Building and Safety Department for the City. She was a great co-worker and I loved her. I later retired from there. Will always cherish her friendship! Janet Wilson-Lux
