Judith J. Lawler

December 16, 1938 – April 2, 2021

Our angel on earth went peacefully to join our angels above.  Our mom had a strong faith in Christ, and was ready to reunite with her husband, our dad, John Lawler.

We, who will have to somehow survive without her include her son, Patrick Lawler, her daughter Tracy (Steve Buchanan), her sister Diana “Dinee” Koerting.  Her beloved grandsons, Matt Buchanan, Jon Lawler, Nate Buchanan,  Sean Lawler, and 5 great grandchildren.  Her children and grandsons were the love and light of her life.  She always made each one of us feel like the most important person in her world.  Indeed, each grandson was known to be her favorite.

Our mom touched the lives of so many.  She was Judy the lab tech who you could always count on.  She loved serving her patients.  She was Mrs. Coach to the many high school football players that spanned John Lawler’s coaching career.  She was the favorite aunt to her nieces and nephews.  She was that friend you could always count on.

Her advice, humor, and hugs will be missed.  We will keep her memory and her spirit in our hearts always.

A celebration of her life will be determined at a later date. Memorials to the family will be donated to the Nebraska Humane Society. Her most favorite charity.
