Helen (Kucera) Campbell
Helen (Kucera) Campbell, 92,of Lincoln, died March 8,2018. Born June 12, 1925 in Garrison, Nebraska to Anton and Mary Kucera. Graduated from St Elizabeth School of Nursing with a R.N. degree in 1947. Worked at Bryan Hospital as a Labor/Delivery nurse for 30 years. After retirement she continued to work as a private companion at Eastmont Towers and The Monarch in Lincoln.
Survivors: sons Dave (Cathy) Campbell of Colorado, Brian (Anita) Campbell of Lincoln, Kurt Campbell of Arizona and daughter Christi (Joe) Williams of Lincoln; sister Maxine (Jim) Bishop of Lincoln; sister-in-law Loretta Kucera of Lincoln, & sister Rosemary Schmid of Oregon and brother Ray Kucera of Columbus. Helen had 4 grandchildren and 6 great- grandchildren.
Preceded in death by parents and brothers Frank and Donnie, and daughter Charlene.
Memorial service Friday, March 16, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 3825 Wildbriar Lane in Lincoln with Pastor Clint Poppe officiating.
