Dear Kathy and Mike and your families,
I was so sad to read of your mothers’ death. Some time ago I read somewhere that she was living not far from my home and I intended to call and go see her. Like with so many good intentions I put it off and now it is too late. However, it is not too late to let you know what an impact she had on my youth. She was such a good friend and neighbor and I felt growing up like she was someone I could go to with any question or problem. She was a jewel. Much love to you all. May your mother’s memory be a blessing always. ~ Jayne Steil Draper
My deepest sympathy to all the family on the loss of our sweet Georgia!! She was a beautiful, kind, giving, and loving person who will be missed by so many!
When I would visit her and talk about her beloved Nebraska City, she had a smile on her face as she shared the many stories of the time she lived there…and since I was born and raised there, too, we had lots to talk about. I am going to miss her so much, just as all her family & friends will.
