Gene Allen Tillman

From Lincoln, Nebraska

Born on November 11, 1950 in Fremont, Nebraska to Helen (Whiteman) and Boyd Tillman.  Graduated from Lincoln High.

Passed away on September 30, 2019.

Survived by brothers Ron and Gary (Jane) Tillman, all of Lincoln; sisters Charlene Donohue and Peggy Tillman, both of Lincoln.

Preceded in death by parents, 2 brothers Harold Tillman and Gerald Tillman, and a sister Rhonda Bailey.

Celebration of Gene’s life was on Saturday, November 2, 2019 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at Craftman Lodge, 2645 B Street in Lincoln.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family.

    So sorry to hear of your loss. I haven’t spoken to him in many years. We were best friends when we lived at Lincoln Air Park. He was a good guy.

    I worked with Gene at the NSOB many years ago. We were reminiscing about past employees so I googled Gene. I am so sorry to hear of his passing. Gene was always fun to be around. My condolences – Reva
