Donald Eugene Little
Donald Eugene Little of Lincoln, was born to Frank H. and Besse K. (Hamilton) Little in Aurora, Nebraska. He graduated from Central City School in 1948 and from the University of Nebraska in 1957. Donald proudly served in the U.S. Navy from 1951 through 1955 and married Betty Jane Stenson on April 29, 1951. Don retired from Ameritas (formerly Bankers Life of Nebraska) in 1988.
Donald was preceded in death by his father, Frank H. Little; mother, Besse K. Little; brother, Frank R. Little; and sisters, Alice Bennett and Barbara Johnson.
Donald is survived by his wife of 73 years Betty J. Little; sons David (Paula) Little of Rusk, Texas and Michael Little of North Platte, Nebraska; two grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and many loving nieces and nephews.
Special appreciation is offered to the compassionate and skilled staff of The Legacy Terrace, Gateway Vista, Heartland Hospice, and Caring Senior Service – Lincoln for the care and concern they provided Don and his family.

Dear friend Betty; My heart goes out to you on your loss. I learned of your loss in the Vista bulletin as I try to follow that each week. We all had such fun on our short little trips. I especially remember you working on Christmas cards at the time share in Sedona. And the adventures we had in Utah and Yellowstone. And the quartet was the center of our existence while in AZ. My prayers are for your wellbeing, so take good care of yourself. Love, Pat
