Dianne Elizabeth Kolarik
Dianne Elizabeth Kolarik passed away on Monday, October 30, 2023 in Lincoln, Nebraska. She was born to Frank and Beth (Dymacek) Cejka on June 13, 1949 in Lincoln, Nebraska. She was the oldest of their four children. Dianne met and married the love of her life, Ronald A. Kolarik. They married July 27, 1969. Dianne has 2 children, Marc Daniels and Krista Kolarik.
Dianne was a creative doll maker. She opened her own shop and traveled the U.S. to doll shows and conventions. For many years she had a booth in the Devaney Center at the Nebraska State Fair. She also had a dog grooming business and successful pet store, and later worked for Walmart. She loved to travel. A favorite and beautiful place for Dianne and Ron was the Cascade Mountains in Washington State. Another highlight for her was taking her two granddaughters abroad. Some of the places they visited were England, France, and Italy. She also loved watching her daughter and then her granddaughters at their dance recitals and competitions. She often made the costumes they wore.
Dianne loved to laugh, and her laugh was contagious. Ron always kept her laughing with his dry sense of humor. She had a beautiful smile with dimples that she passed onto her granddaughter and great grandson.
Dianne is survived by her husband Ronald Kolarik, children Marc Daniels and Krista Kolarik, grandchildren Britany, Myranda, Josh and Jeremy; great grandchildren Kyler, LunaBeth, Dorian and Odin, sisters Cathleen Oslzly (Tom Zumpfe) and Janet (Richard) Perkins; sister-in-law Jeanette Davis; brother-in-law Rick Kolarik; 4 nephews and 1 niece. She was preceded in death by her parents, mother-in-law Danna Kolarik, brother Daniel Cejka, and nephew Daniel Cejka
There will be a private Celebration of Life on November 11, 2023. Dianne’s final place of rest will be in the Cascade Mountains.

My condolences to the family. I am praying for you all during this difficult time.

You chose a great picture of Dianne to share. I didn’t know her well since she was much older than me. I do remember catching kittens on the farm and going with Mom to take them to Treasure City where Dianne worked in the pet department. Wishing you tons of good memories to reminisce about on Saturday.
The picture you chose is the cousin I remember. Her family would often visit us on the farm & we would visit them in Lincoln. My sincere sympathy as you grieve the loss of her presence. Hold tight to the memories you shared.
You were especially blessed to have Dianne in your lives and I know you will miss her greatly. Although I was much younger, I fondly remember her wonderful personality.
Much love to you all.
Should you ever have a moment of solitude in despair, please know The Lord is with You…and on Him You can cast your care!
May The God of all comfort…comfort your heart & mind in Christ Jesus…and just know You belong to Him as much as He belongs to You!🙏🏽❤️
Krista, my condolences to you and your family during this time. Love, Kim, Cord and Nick
