Delores “Kay” Kirchhoff
Kay Kirchhoff, 79, died Tuesday, July 30, 2019, from cancer at her home in Lincoln, Nebraska. Kay was born January 26, 1940, to David “Bill” and Marguerite Titterington. She was a loving and devoted mother, wife, sister, and daughter. She was in the second graduating class of Lincoln Southeast High School in 1958. She loved her dogs and all animals, which is why she helped with fundraising campaigns for the Capital Humane Society.
Survivors include: daughter, Kimberly Kay (Kirchhoff) Michael; daughter-in-law, Diane Kirchhoff; grandkids, Meghan Kirchhoff, Trevor Kirchhoff, Rebekah Michael and Nicholas Stevens; mother, Marguerite Titterington; sister, Margo Larson; brother, David and Linda Titterington; sister-in-laws, Alberta (Kirchhoff) Toman, Loretta and Larry Hartman; brother-in-laws, Tom Eitel, Doug and Margie Kirchhoff, Don Kirchhoff, Dwayne and Nancy Kirchhoff; along with many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her husband Dorwin Kirchhoff, son Greg Kirchhoff, grandson Andrew Michael, father David “Bill” Titterington, sister Ardaith “Ardie” Eitel, brother-in-law Gary Larson, and in-laws Albert and Clara Kirchhoff.
