Becky Arroyo

Becky (Weir) Arroyo, 66, of Lincoln, passed away on August 4th, 2025, in Lincoln, Nebraska.
Born on June 24th, 1959, in Ropesville, TX to Darlene Larabee. She was the beloved daughter of Darlene and Dale. She graduated from Raymond Central High School (NE) in 1977.
Becky married Memo Arroyo on March 15th, 1980, in Alajuela, Costa Rica. Together, they raised three daughters and multiple beloved pets. Becky had a particular affection for the family border collies, Nikki and Abby. Becky had a special love for nature’s beauty, enjoying the beaches of Florida and the mountains of Arkansas, in particular. In her free time, she liked completing puzzles, collecting baseball cards, coins, stamps, and postcards.
She was preceded in death by her father Dale Larabee, and brothers Clinton Weir and Clifton Weir.
She is survived by her mother, Darlene Larabee; her husband Memo Arroyo; daughters Shawna Taylor (Marc), April Arroyo-Bramhall (Jake) and Danni Arroyo (Justin Wacker); grandchildren, Kadence Linneman, Paige Bramhall, Avery Schroer, Connor Taylor, and Corbin Taylor; brothers Clyde (Leslie) Weir, Ray (Tina) Weir, Roy Weir, as well as numerous nieces and nephews, friends, and loved ones.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, August 16th, 2025 from 4:30 – 8:00 p.m. at The Lincoln Room at The Venue, 4111 Pioneer Woods Dr., Lincoln, NE.

So sorry for your loss. I always enjoyed talking with Becky. She was always one of the first people to like my facebook posts of my children. Loss is a hard thing. Find comfort in your memories and happy times you had with her. We are thinking of your family at this time.
