I remember her well through all my years of school and she was so funny and friendly and willing to help others…I particularly enjoyed band with her as a fellow fluist! I hope there is some comfort in knowing she’s with Rick now. All my thoughts & prayers are with you and may they find who took her away from you all!

    Andrea,
You were always a joy with a smile that would brighten the most dreary of days. A hug and a story always at the ready, your love was contagious. We didn’t get to spend nearly enough time with you. You will be sorely missed.

Our love and support to your family and friends.

I can’t tell you how very much Andrea will be missed. Her wit and sarcasm made talking with her so much fun. My deepest sympathies, love and support are all I can offer, so please accept them with the knowledge that I will always remember Andrea’s kindness and miss her wonderful personality. Much love to you all.

I’m so sad Andrea’s life here is done. She was a dear friend and I still smile thinking of her all these years later…remembering playing flute next to her…she was always better than me! 🙂
My heart is heavy and I mourn with you, but I also know she is safe and free.

I am so sorry for the horrendous loss of your beautiful daughter Andrea. My heart breaks for your family. I got to see her twice this past summer. Both times I hugged her and told her I loved her!! She was a beautiful soul and a gift from God. I will see you on November 1st to help you celebrate her life, taken way too soon.

I can’t believe we no longer have Andrea to brighten our world and keep it properly on track. Andrea was one of those students who made teaching a joy, and it was comforting to know that we were sending people like her out into the world. To paraphrase something I said at an awards ceremony at Waverly: To whatever degree Andrea’s influence has been felt, the world will have come to good. My sympathy goes out to Andrea’s family and her friends.

I am shocked and saddened to hear about Andrea’s passing. I worked with her at Solomon Park. She was a joy. I saw her when she returned to Seattle to finalize her divorce but we kept in touch with email and Facebook. Please know all of you are in my prayers. I hope you can find peace in happy memories.

Thank you for sharing Andrea with us. She was so smart, funny, clever, energetic and caring. I enjoyed being with her in band, in plays, speech, and all around school. She had courage to be herself and love for others do matter what. I’m saddened by her absence in this world and I send my love to everyone that is mourning her. She will not be forgotten.
