Sarah Anne Anthes
On March 1, 1986, Sarah Anne Anthes, the pride and joy of Teresa Lynn (Wilbur) Anthes was born in Lincoln, Nebraska. On November 19, 1993, her mother was married to Michael Charles Kimmen Jr. Sarah was so excited to have him as her father. She also gained a sister, Ashley Lynn Kimmen, whom she loved very much. Sarah attended school at Huntington Elementary, Clinton Elementary, Culler Middle School, Goodrich Middle School, Lincoln High School and Bryan. She graduated in 2004. When Sarah was around 18 years old, she was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. She had many health problems throughout her life. It wasn’t unusual for her to be in the hospital 4 or 5 times a year from her diabetes related problems. On October 31, 2015, Sarah’s mother passed away. She was greatly saddened. Sarah loved children and always had nieces, nephews and other friends’ children spend the night. Little children were always drawn to her and helped brighten up her life, as she was unable to have children or work as a result of her condition. Some of her interests were Harry Potter, Scooby-Doo, Wrestling, Batman, and football. Sarah was a huge fan of the Dallas Cowboys and Nebraska Cornhuskers. On the morning of January 14, 2020, Sarah Anne Anthes passed away at Bryan LGH West Hospital in Lincoln, Nebraska. She will be greatly missed and forever remembered.

Condolences for Sarah Anne Anthes
Our hearts ache for the loss of sweet Sara. She had such a warm heart and a beautiful soul just like her mother. May they both rest in eternal peace.
Mike,
I am so sorry for your loss. She is with her momma.
Michael.
So Sorry for your loss, you are in our thoughts and prayers.
Sarah was my 3rd daughter. She spent alot of time at my house and just fell right into our family. My daughter Aurora and her were good friends for many years and she became another auntie to Rayne my granddaughter. We have missed her these many months and now missing her for many more. She absolutely loved her nieces and nephews and they all loved her. Sadly, I know she is no longer suffering and is dancing with her mom in heaven. Love to you and your family sweet girl.
