The FHS Class of 1967 expresses sincere condolences at the passing of our classmate, Sid. We didn’t get to see him at many reunions, but we did enjoy him when we got the chance to reconnect. May God comfort you in your sorrow.
So sorry to hear about Sid’s passing. We we classmates at Fairbury High. The last time I saw Sid was, I believe, in the fall of ’67. I was having coffee at Elgerts restaurant. Sid walked in wearing his Army uniform, standing tall and looking sharp and proud. I was so impressed. We had coffee together and a long conversation. Sid, without question, was one of the good guys.
