Larry L. McQueen
Larry Leon McQueen passed away at home on November 16th, 2018.
Larry was born on May 25th, 1945 in North Platte, NE. He had a diverse career background including: ranching/farming (in his youth), educator, carpentry & commercial construction management.
He was an active member of Community Bible Church of Norfolk, NE and founding member of Cornerstone Baptist Church of Lincoln, NE and Heritage Bible Church of Lincoln, NE.
He is survived by his spouse Ginny Williams-McQueen of Lincoln, NE, two sons, Scott McQueen of Omaha, NE and Tim McQueen of Lexington, MO, and 6 grandchildren.
A private service for immediate family will be held at a later date.

I knew Larry when he worked in Construction starting about 1979-1980. He was a jewel. As an Architect he would come to my office and I his just to visit talk about family and work. He was always a calming force with energy to spare. I truly enjoyed working with him through out the years, he was a prince and someone I looked up to as a pattern for honesty and simplicity in business and design.
We are so very sorry for your loss recently. Larry was such a fine man and we were so fortunate to know him. He helped our family many times. He will be missed by those that knew and loved him.
What a pleasure and honor it was to have known such a loving, dear and authentic man of God. Glen and I have such fond memories of spending Thanksgiving with you and Larry. We are so sorry for your loss and know that you will miss the love of your life. Cling close to God as your comforter as you have done for the last 5 years during Larry’s illness.
