Carol Prentice

Carol Prentice of Lincoln passed peacefully into the hands of the Lord on November 9th 2017 after a long and courageous battle with cancer. She was blessed with steadfast and authentic friends who journeyed with her and she felt deep gratitude for those on the medical and care teams who assisted her with compassion and respect for body and soul. Carol felt a deep calling to serve others by offering whatever resources, abilities and talents she had. As her health and abilities declined, her faith remained strong that, in her passing, a greater Joy and Peace awaited her.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Kay Prentice. Survived by her father: Gale Prentice, Siblings: George (Julie) Prentice, Gianene (Dave) Burden, and David (Deb) Prentice.

Cremation. No visitation. Rosary at 10:30 a.m. followed by Mass of Christian Burial at St John the Apostle Catholic Church, 7601 Vine Street Saturday, 12/02/17 at 11 a.m. Memorial gifts to The League of Human Dignity or St John’s Church.
