Lois was born on the above date in Whiting, Iowa to Calvin King Sr. and Izola King (Crum). Lois grew up 1 of 10 children in a variety of small towns in Iowa. Lois raised her 6 children in Council Bluffs ,Iowa until moving to Lincoln Nebraska in 1987. Lois worked her early years as a waitress in various restaraunts. She then worked as a clerk at either department or grocery stores. Retiring eventually from Super Saver in Lincoln. Her last residence was the Legacy Retirement Community in Lincoln.

She leaves behind 4 brothers Larry King,Earl King, John King and Richard king. Lois is also  survived by daughters Lois Kathryn Jacoba, Nancy Bronner also sons Edwin Vredenburgh,  Donald Vredenburgh and Eric Vredenburgh. Lois also has 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

Lois is preceeded in death by her father Calvin mother Izola brothers Ralph king, Gary King, James King also sisters Carrie Bell king and Iva Weller and 2 sons Roger and Danny Vredenburgh Lois will be missed by many.
