DeEldon Chip Norris, passed peacefully surrounded by his siblings Feb 16th, 2026, at the Mulberry Nursing Home in Waverly, NE.
Chip, was born to William D. Norris Sr, and Betty J. Johnson, April 28th, 1961. Chip, attended Friend High School, Friend, NE. Chip, was special. He could sing, he was a pool shark, he was a wonderful, kind and had a gentle soul. Chip, enjoyed rock concerts, loved to laugh, and had a soft spot for smoothies.
Chip, is survived by his brothers Billy, Bobby, sisters Teresa, and Deanna.
A private graveside service is pending.
Chip, will be forever in be in our hearts. His soul is now in heaven with his mother and father.

I was one of chips caretakers last summer at the mulberry. He never failed to make me laugh and told me so many stories. I would sit and watch him play his guitar.
