Dawn Christine (Woodhead) Moore, age 70, passed away on February 8, 2026. She was born on August 19, 1955, in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Dawn was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Gene and Jolene Woodhead. She is survived by her three brothers, Kent Woodhead (Barb), Mark Woodhead (Annette), and Eric Woodhead (Marie), as well as many cherished nieces and nephews.

Dawn was deeply artistic and creative, with a special love for music. She loved to sing and did so often. Her quick wit and sense of humor will be missed by family and friends. Beyond her family, those who cared for Dawn—especially her devoted caregivers—came to love her deeply and delighted in her humor and warmth.

Several years ago, Dawn placed her trust in Jesus Christ for her salvation, and her faith became a steady source of strength and comfort throughout years of physical suffering. She did not simply know about God—she knew Him personally and deeply.

A private family gathering will be held in remembrance of Dawn’s life.
