Martin Jon Rung
Martin ‘Marty’ passed away Saturday September 20th 2025, at The Mulberry at Waverly Care Center in Waverly Nebraska.
Marty loved blues music and was a die-hard Kansas City Chiefs fan. He is survived by his daughter Jessica; brothers (spouses) Steven, Jeffrey (Dot), Todd (Amy); nieces and nephews: Nicholas, Kylie, Lily, and Paxton Rung of Lincoln.
He was preceded in death by his parents Erwin and Helen Rung; brother Brian; grandparents Alta and Thomas Ludwig, Florence and Omar Rung.
Cremation Inurnment Service to be held at the Crematorium Chapel at Lincoln Memorial Park Cemetery: 6800 South 14th St. Lincoln NE on September 26, 2025 at 10:00 a.m.
