Frances Irene Otto
Frances I. Otto, 88, of Lincoln, passed away on May 22, 2025. She was born to Francis and Mabel Wing on June 18, 1936, in Omaha, NE. Frances married Wesley Otto on February 26, 1955.
She is survived by her two sons, Timmy (Deb) and Troy (Lisa), and her daughter, Tammy Case (Brad), all of Lincoln, NE; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; and one sister, Carol Gotelaere (Wing).
Frances was welcomed into heaven by her husband, Wesley; her son, Terry; her granddaughter, Nicole Otto; her brothers, William and Charles; her sisters, Merna Jeane and Lois; and her parents.
A Memorial Service and celebration will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 5, 2025, at United Lutheran Church, 5945 Fremont St, Lincoln, NE 68507.
