Condolences for Steven Edwin Nesbitt
I worked with Steve at Nebraska Public Power District. He always had a smile on his face and would give you the shirt off of his back. Steve was one of a kind.
May God be with your entire family to guide you thru this difficult time. Steve was such an inspiration while he was employed at NPPD in Columbus. Always a smile, or a joke to lighten up those around him. It was an honor to have known him.
So many memories of reffing road trips. Hope your swinging the sticks with Chief.
Steve was a referee when I was in high school (back in the ’80s). I cannot lie, all of us girls would giggle that the “cute” ref was there. Imagine my surprise when I started at NPPD in the 90s and there was Steve. We had a few good laughs about him officiating my games in high school and now working together. He was one of the good guys and I was lucky to have gotten to work with him. Sorry to hear of your loss. Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Talk about him often to keep his memories alive.
Prayers for Steve’s family. Worked with Steve at NPPD and he was a wonderful person.
One of the best neighbors we had. What a life and so funny. Caught him a few times in his camo pajamas with a gun. Rest in piece !
