Anita Hohmann
Beloved Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, and friend to many, Anita “Granny” Hohmann Newton passed away on October 3rd, 2023. She was born on June 6th, 1958 in a small town in Germany. At the time of her death, she was living in Lincoln, Nebraska.
Anita is survived by her three daughters, her fifteen grandchildren, and her seven great-grandchildren. She also “adopted” about a dozen other grandchildren throughout the years.
She loved to spend time listening to music, talking on the phone, and being with her many family members. She also loved to talk about her spirituality, her love of Jesus Christ, and her final resting place in heaven.
The family will be holding a private Celebration of Life, but is welcoming cards or kind letters, addressed to the Hohmann Family, 4822 Cleveland Avenue, Lincoln NE 68504.
