Joe and I cooked together at the Isle’s Pub and Pizza for quite some time while we lived in Lincoln. He was exactly as said, a gentle giant with many friends. He looked out for all his friends. He loved to joke, and I liked his laugh. Joe was an impact in my life, and I’ll always have a spot for him in my heart. A very nice man and friend.
I am so sorry and we have a you all in our thoughts and prayers!!
